A 215 m² residence in Tbilisi — interior design and renovation works by Design Avenue.

A 215 m² apartment on Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. Design Avenue delivered both the interior design and the renovation works.

Concept

The interior is defined by a neutral palette and transitional tones, balanced by English-cut oak parquet and brass detailing. A sliding door separates the living and kitchen zones, keeping the space open while allowing it to be closed off when needed. The dining area centres on Flos's Overlap pendant. In the kitchen, a combination of stone and timber is set against a linear lighting system.
