This is a Molteni&C project. Design Avenue did not work on it — we publish it because we represent Molteni&C in Georgia.
The building
The apartment sits on Bulevardi in Helsinki, in a building of 1895, directly opposite the Aleksanteri Theatre. The façade is neoclassical.
Inside, the apartment runs to 190 square metres across six rooms.
The interior architect is Elina Siltanen-Sjöberg, working with Blomer.
The dining room
The Diamond table is by Patricia Urquiola and the Chelsea chairs by Rodolfo Dordoni. With them are Vincent Van Duysen's Ratio cabinetry and his Gliss Master wardrobe with Bamboo doors.
The living room
In the living room, which takes a good deal of natural light, Van Duysen's Adrien sideboard, Paul sofa and Jan coffee tables sit with Dordoni's Chelsea armchair and the Dedalo carpet by Marta Ferri.
The television room
Here Van Duysen's Octave sofa and Grid shelving are paired with the Alisee coffee tables by Matteo Nunziati and Marta Ferri's Mosaico rug.
The bedroom
The bedroom holds a Chelsea armchair by Dordoni, along with the Living Box, the Anton bench and a second Gliss Master wardrobe with Bamboo doors, all by Van Duysen.
