Apartment at Axis Towers

A 215 m² apartment in the Axis Towers complex in Tbilisi. Design Avenue delivered the interior design and renovation works, and supplied the products.

Materials and space

Four materials anchor the concept: concrete, timber, metal, and Ceppo di Gre, the grey marble from the quarries of Lombardy. Functional movable partitions divide the naturally lit open plan without breaking the impression of a single continuous space.

Lighting

The lighting scheme was developed in collaboration between Flos and Design Avenue. The interior includes Arrangement, the system designed by Michael Anastassiades for Flos.

Bathrooms

In the bathrooms, the geometry of the furniture is set against Appiani mosaic and Gessi mixer systems.

Terrace

At the client's request, a terrace was created within the apartment: a horizontal oak ceiling, a natural stone floor, and Minotti's Tape Cord outdoor collection, designed by the Japanese studio Nendo.
