The building
262 Fifth Avenue is a residential tower in Manhattan, 860 feet tall across 52 storeys, holding 26 full-floor and duplex residences.
It was developed by Five Points Development Group, with architecture by Meganom and interiors by Norm Architects.
Molteni&C in the residences
The apartments are fitted with Molteni&C Prime kitchens and Gliss Master wardrobes and walk-in closets.
The furniture draws on the Molteni&C Heritage Collection, including several Gio Ponti designs — the D.154.2 and D.151.4 armchairs, the D.847.1 desk and the D.555.1 coffee table. Also present are the Aster coffee table by Vincent Van Duysen, Panna Cotta by Ron Gilad, the Monk armchair by Afra and Tobia Scarpa, and Barbican chairs and stools by Rodolfo Dordoni.
